Custom-Made Furniture
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom furniture services, each piece is made specifically to your requirements and specifications. As such, the following policies apply:
Design Approval Process
Before we begin crafting your custom furniture, you will receive detailed plans and renderings for approval. We encourage you to review these carefully and request any modifications before giving final approval. Once you approve the design and work begins, changes may incur additional costs.
Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you discover any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected furniture at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Changes in wood appearance due to natural aging
- Damage from environmental factors beyond normal household conditions
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your custom furniture order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation policies vary based on project stage:
- Before work begins: Deposit refundable minus design and administrative fees
- After work has commenced: Deposit non-refundable, balance adjusted based on work completed
- After completion: No refunds, but we will work with you to address any concerns
Restoration Services
Furniture restoration is highly specialized work that requires careful assessment and execution. Our restoration policy includes:
Pre-Restoration Assessment
Before beginning any restoration work, we provide a detailed assessment of the furniture piece, including:
- Current condition evaluation
- Recommended restoration approach
- Estimated costs and timeline
- Potential limitations or challenges
Satisfaction with Restoration
If you are not satisfied with the completed restoration work, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange to review the work and, if warranted, make necessary adjustments at no additional charge. Please note that some variations in color, finish, or appearance may be inherent to restoration work and do not constitute grounds for refund.
Antique and Vintage Furniture
Working with antique furniture carries inherent risks due to age, previous repairs, and material conditions. While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee outcomes for severely damaged or fragile pieces. Any limitations will be discussed during the assessment phase.
Assembly and Repair Services
For furniture assembly and repair services, the following applies:
Service Guarantee
We guarantee that all assembly and repair work is completed correctly according to manufacturer specifications or professional standards. If you experience any issues related to our workmanship within 30 days of service completion, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge.
Manufacturer Defects
If assembled furniture has manufacturing defects, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for product quality issues that are not related to our assembly work.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly recommend inspecting all furniture upon delivery or service completion. If you notice any damage, defects, or concerns, please notify us immediately. Reporting issues promptly allows us to address them quickly and effectively.

Refunds

- We cannot fulfill the agreed-upon service
- There are significant defects that cannot be repaired
- We fail to meet our quality standards despite repair attempts
Partial refunds may be offered when work has been partially completed or materials have been purchased specifically for your project.
Exclusions
This Return Policy does not cover:
